At the moment we only sell to UK customers and we ship anywhere inside the UK.
All packaging used for your order is completely discrete and neutral-looking. On the outside absolutely no hint is given regarding the content of the package.
Our rates are calculated according to how much you spend. You will find, compared to other online shops of a similar nature we handle quite reasonable shipping charges.

Up to a weight of 1.35 kg, we use Royal Mail; Recorded & Signed for. This means that you should provide a delivery address where you will be available to sign upon delivery. As the products we sell are often very private in nature, you would not want them to be left with a neighbour if you were not home; the Royal Mail will not deliver them to any other address but the one you provided and only if somebody signed for it. If you have a full-time job, you could have your order delivered to your work address. Should the package be delivered while there is nobody at your delivery address, the Royal Mail will leave a slip in your letterbox with instructions regarding how you can pick the parcel up from your local post office.
For larger deliveries we may use a courier service, in which case again somebody at the delivery address has to sign for the parcel. If nobody’s home, a slip is left in the letterbox with further instructions.
Either way, once your order has been accepted by us and we send out the goods to you, we will let you know the tracking number of the parcel. You can go onto the Royal Mail website and track when your parcel has been delivered; this can be useful especially if you’re getting your order delivered at a different address than where you are currently. In case of a couriered parcel, we will again provide you with tracking information.
