To benefit our customers, we at Alter Ego UK have implemented a new stock management system which regularly syncs our website product catalogue with warehouse stock information. This means that every time such an update occurs, the products which are NOT in stock in the warehouse, will be automatically disabled on the website. Although we have not faced any significant problems with people ordering out of stock products and therefore experiencing increased delivery times, it was a valid possibility, because the website was manually updated to turn out of stock products off.

But now as things are done automatically, the information is reflected in the website much more quickly than ever before! Because our catalog is so vast; you can imagine that manually updating over 2500 products was a very time consuming effort. Not having to do that anymore means that we can spend more time making sure our customers are 100% satisfied.
